Terms of Service
Last updated: March 18, 2026. By using KitZ (OS), you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
KitZ (OS) is an AI workspace platform for small and mid-size businesses. The service includes a CRM, AI agents, automation pipelines, a WhatsApp connector, and related tools ("the Service"). The Service is provided by Kitz S.A. ("we", "us", "our").
2. Account and workspace
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- Each workspace belongs to the account that created it. Workspace data is private to your team.
- You may invite up to 12 team members per workspace (subject to your plan limits).
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- No unauthorized access attempts, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- Respect WhatsApp's terms of service and fair use policies when using the connector.
- Do not use AI agents to generate spam, misleading content, or impersonate individuals.
- Respect customer consent rules for WhatsApp, email, and SMS outreach.
- Do not exceed your plan's message limits through automated means.
4. AI and agent outputs
AI agents generate content based on your data and instructions. You are responsible for reviewing all agent outputs before they are sent to customers. Draft-first mode is enabled by default -- no message is sent without your approval unless you explicitly enable auto-send.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outbound messages.
- Skills may send structured context to AI providers (e.g., Anthropic Claude) to generate outputs.
- Do not include secrets, passwords, or sensitive credentials in agent prompts.
5. Data ownership and privacy
- You own your data. Contacts, deals, messages, and workspace content belong to you.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We use your data only to provide the Service and improve system reliability.
- You can export all your data at any time (CSV/JSON) from Settings.
- When you delete your workspace, we remove all associated data within 30 days.

6. WhatsApp connector
- The WhatsApp connector bridges your WhatsApp number to your workspace.
- Messages are processed in your workspace and not stored on external servers.
- You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's terms of service.
- We are not affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. The connector is a third-party integration.
- The official WhatsApp Business API add-on is available separately.
7. Billing and plans
- The Starter plan is free with usage limits.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves 20%.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
- Upgrades are prorated. Annual cancellations receive a refund for remaining months.
- Overages (exceeding AI message limits) pause agent actions until the next cycle or a top-up.
8. Availability and support
The Service is provided "as is". We target 99.9% uptime on paid plans but do not guarantee it on the Starter plan. Support is available via email at hello@kitz.services and WhatsApp at +507 6791 4427.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitz S.A. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
