Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 19, 2026. This policy applies globally to all users of KitZ (OS).

1. Who we are

Kitz S.A. ("we", "us", "our") operates KitZ (OS), an AI workspace platform for small and mid-size businesses. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use the Service.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: Email address, name, and authentication metadata when you sign up.
  • Workspace data: Contacts, deals, pipelines, skills, agent configurations, and messages you create within your workspace.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, AI messages sent, pipeline runs -- used to improve the product.
  • WhatsApp data: Messages sent and received through the WhatsApp connector, linked to your CRM contacts.
  • Device data: Browser type, OS, screen size, IP address -- standard web analytics.
  • Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide the Service -- run your workspace, agents, pipelines, and integrations.
  • To personalize your experience -- language, theme, skill recommendations.
  • To improve the product -- usage patterns help us build better features.
  • To communicate with you -- account notifications, workspace alerts, support responses.
  • To prevent abuse -- detect spam, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • To comply with legal obligations in applicable jurisdictions.

4. AI processing

When you run AI skills, agents, or chat with Kitz, structured context (contacts, deal data, your instructions) is sent to an AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate outputs. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

  • AI requests include only the context needed for the specific skill or task.
  • Outputs are stored in your workspace and visible only to your team.
  • Do not include passwords, secrets, or sensitive credentials in prompts.
  • You can delete AI-generated content at any time.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only in these cases:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (billing), Twilio (SMS/calls) -- only what each service needs to function.
  • Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government request.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.

6. Data storage and security

  • Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit.
  • WhatsApp messages are processed in your workspace -- not stored on external servers.
  • We use HTTPS, role-based access controls, and audit logging.
  • Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

7. Your rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access your data -- export contacts, deals, and history as CSV/JSON from Settings.
  • Correct inaccurate data -- edit any contact, deal, or profile information.
  • Delete your data -- delete your workspace from Settings (takes effect within 30 days).
  • Port your data -- download a complete export at any time.
  • Object to processing -- contact us to restrict specific data uses.
  • Withdraw consent -- unsubscribe from emails, disable notifications, or close your account.

8. International transfers

KitZ operates globally. Your data may be processed in the United States, Panama, or other countries where our infrastructure providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place regardless of location.

9. Data retention

  • Active workspace data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • When you delete your workspace, all data is removed within 30 days.
  • Backups containing deleted data are purged within 90 days.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

10. Children

KitZ is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. The latest version is always available at this URL.
